Squadpass membership is ONLY available to the following EMS professionals: POLICE (& Peace Officers), FIREFIGHTERS, NURSES, MILITARY & MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS (retirees, volunteers and administrative staff included with valid proof of ID). Valid ID/Proof of Employment is REQUIRED to purchase a Squadpass membership.

Card sharing is NOT permitted.

A maximum of 4 cards per household is permitted.

Card(s) MUST be registered at http://squadpass.com/offer; once registered, a confirmation email will be issued with your LOGIN INFORMATION & PASSWORD. Failure to submit your COMPLETED REGISTRATION will result in limited discount access; you will be unable to access discounts/special offers from partners such as Apple Canada, Canada’s Wonderland, Delta Hotels, SellOffVacations, Roots online, WaySpa and more. Please allow up to ten days for membership/account registration/to receive your login confirmation. Thank you.

Membership card(s) MUST be signed by the cardholder once received/purchased; additional identification with proof of signature may be requested by the retailer.
