I recently purchased my Squadpass membership card and am trying to log in to see the offers for SellOffVacations; how do I do this?
To access the SellOffVacations site/offer and other special offers, log into the "member account" area of Squadpass.com using your registered email address and password. From here, you can obtain the three digit code for SellOffVacations and other exclusive discount codes/links. If logging in for the first time with SellOffVacations (SOV), you will be required to register your information with SOV (this is separate from your registration with Squadpass). Once registered with SOV, you will be able to use this login information for future SOV site visits. If you have recently purchased your membership card in a Mark's Work Wearhouse store, once you have successfully registered your membership card(s), you will receive a confirmation email with your login information/temporary password. Please note this confirmation can take up to 3 business days. You will be unable to access the "member account" area of Squadpass until you have successfully registered your membership card(s) at Squadpass.com. If you have forgotten your password, you can select "forgot password" from the "member account" login screen and follow the steps. If you did not register your email address with Squadpass, you can forward your membership information (first/last name, card number(s), email address, etc.) to us at info@squadpass.com and it will be updated in our database.
I want to purchase a Squadpass, however I am uncomfortable giving my credit card information online and would prefer not to create a PayPal account. Is there another way I can purchase or renew my membership?
Yes, there are two alternatives to purchasing/renewing your Squadpass membership online. You can submit payment by cheque (including applicable taxes) with your application form or renewal reference to us at Squadpass.com, Membership cards (full address listed under contact us). You can purchase your membership card(s), with proof of employment at a Mark’s Work Wearhouse location (currently available at Ontario Mark’s locations only).
Is there a limit to the number of times I am permitted to use my Squadpass card?
No. Your Squadpass membership card gives you unlimited access to savings until the end of the month in which it expires (12 months).
I've lost my Squadpass card, am I able to obtain another card?
Yes. Please notify Squadpass immediately if your card is lost or stolen so that we may deactivate your card in our system. A replacement card is available for the listed membership card fee.
What if there is a discrepancy between the featured promotion and the discount received from the business?
This should not happen, however, if it does, please notify Squadpass immediately to further investigate the incident. Squadpass will take whatever actions we feel are appropriate. However, Squadpass Inc. cannot be held responsible for dealings between it's members and featured businesses. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.
What will happen if an expired Squadpass card is presented?
Squadpass featured businesses will be checking card expiry dates prior to honoring any promotional discounts. Should an expired card be presented a non-promotional price/standard charges will apply. Featured Businesses do have the right to confiscate any expired membership cards when presented as they are the property of Squadpass Inc. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.
Can I lend my Squadpass membership card to a friend or family member outside my home to use?
No. Squadpass cards are intended solely for the use of it's registered members. You are, however, free to take a friend or family member with you anytime.
What if I'm a volunteer or retired Firefighter, would I still qualify to get a Squadpass membership card?
Yes. The Squadpass membership is available to all volunteers as they are active members of the Fire Department they work for. Retirees certainly qualify as well, as they are recognized for their years and years of service.
I recently completed my application form to become a Squadpass member and was unsuccessful paying through PayPal. What should I do?
After you completed your application form you should have received an email with the subject line "Your Squadpass Membership." This email contains instructions on how to log-in to your member account at squadpass.memberlodge.com. Once you log in you will be able to re-try the payment process through PayPal.
Can I pay for my Squadpass membership directly through PayPal?
Yes. Should you choose to pay through PayPal directly, complete the online application form and use the e-mail account: admin@squadpass.com to submit your payment directly from your PayPal account.

How many times can I change or alter any information on my featured business page?
Two. Squadpass allows for two alterations during the twelve month period to any information on your page. Any additional alterations over and above this number can be made for the applicable fee, as listed on your featured business contract.
How do I determine which promotional incentive is best for my business to offer?
Promotional incentives are at the complete discretion of the featured business, however, should you require specific suggestions or additional help with your decision, please feel free to contact us at sales@squadpass.com.
