Is there a limit to the number of times I am permitted to use my Squadpass card?
No. Your Squadpass membership card gives you unlimited access to savings until the end of the month in which it expires (12 months).
I've lost my Squadpass card, am I able to obtain another card?
Yes. Please notify Squadpass immediately if your card is lost or stolen so that we may deactivate your card in our system. A replacement card is available for the listed membership card fee.
What if there is a discrepancy between the featured promotion and the discount received from the business?
This should not happen, however, if it does, please notify Squadpass immediately to further investigate the incident. Squadpass will take whatever actions we feel are appropriate. However, Squadpass Inc. cannot be held responsible for dealings between it's members and featured businesses. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.
What will happen if an expired Squadpass card is presented?
Squadpass featured businesses will be checking card expiry dates prior to honoring any promotional discounts. Should an expired card be presented a non-promotional price/standard charges will apply. Featured Businesses do have the right to confiscate any expired membership cards when presented as they are the property of Squadpass Inc. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.
Can I lend my Squadpass membership card to a friend or family member outside my home to use?
No. Squadpass cards are intended solely for the use of it's registered members. You are, however, free to take a friend or family member with you anytime.
What if I'm a volunteer or retired Firefighter, would I still qualify to get a Squadpass membership card?
Yes. The Squadpass membership is available to all volunteers as they are active members of the Fire Department they work for. Retirees certainly qualify as well, as they are recognized for their years and years of service.
I recently completed my application form to become a Squadpass member and was unsuccessful paying through PayPal. What should I do?
After you completed your application form you should have received an email with the subject line "Your Squadpass Membership." This email contains instructions on how to log-in to your member account at squadpass.memberlodge.com. Once you log in you will be able to re-try the payment process through PayPal.
Is there any other way that I can forward payment for my membership cards?
Yes. Once your online application form is complete you can forward payment directly to Squadpass Inc. by cheque with a notation reference of membership card(s) or you can download our printable application form located here and submit it along with your payment.
Can I pay for my Squadpass membership directly through PayPal?
Yes. Should you choose to pay through PayPal directly, complete the online application form and use the e-mail account: admin@squadpass.com to submit your payment directly from your PayPal account.
I've reviewed the above methods of payment and am still having difficulty. What should I do?

Businesses:
How many times can I change or alter any information on my featured business page?
Two. Squadpass allows for two alterations during the twelve month period to any information on your page. Any additional alterations over and above this number can be made for the applicable fee, as listed on your featured business contract.
How do I determine which promotional incentive is best for my business to offer?
Promotional incentives are at the complete discretion of the featured business, however, should you require specific suggestions or additional help with your decision, please feel free to contact us at sales@squadpass.com.
